In 1984, IL PAPIRO opened its doors in the Upper Eastside of Manhattan, and in Palm Beach, Florida in 1994. Throughout the years, lovers of fine writing papers, journals and handmade decorative papers have gone through our doors and experienced a taste of Italy. In 2015, our New York location, sadly, closed after 32 years. Our Palm Beach store continues the tradition of Old world bookbinding, fine stationery and desk accessories for the purveyor of fine letter writing accessories.  We remain true to the beautiful and exquisite artistry of the Florentine craftsmanship.
